Was waiting for Dukes which would be 1 hr 30 minute wait. Walked over to these food truck stalls and decided to try it. This Thai place is incredible! Drunken chicken rice was so delicious!! Also tried their mango salad fried fish dish which was spectacular!! I’m so happy Dukes didn’t work out. This place only had outdoor benches but I 1,000 times prefer this over average restaurant food. Give it it a try you won’t regret it. Also this review is coming from a city girl from Los Angeles, trust me this food is worth it!!

We have eaten here 3 times this trip to Maui - it’s been incredible. The drunken rice is delicious and unique. I also had the drunken noodle, just as good. We also got the cashew Mahi Mahi that is pictured here. SO DELICIOUS. And reasonably priced.

My favorite food truck by far! Try the crispy opakapaka with mango salad - I’ve never had anything like it. The opakapaka is light and crisp and served with a salad with shredded mango & carrot on top with a light vinegrette & topped with yummy chopped peanuts. Portions are generous and the food is thoughtfully presented. So much more than what you expect from a food truck! The photo was after I’d already eaten most of it (sorry I couldn’t wait!)
